When you capture or upload client photos (front, back, left, and right view), those images are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a secure cloud storage service. Photos are linked only to your account and the specific client record.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data — including client records, photos, job history, and financial records — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

Nikkyfits Studio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
The app allows you to open WhatsApp directly to message a client. This opens an external app. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of WhatsApp or any other third-party application you choose to use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For significant changes, we will notify you within the app.

Users can delete their account and all associated data at any time. To do so: open the app → Settings → Delete account. Alternatively, send a deletion request to gregade@live.com. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.
For Google Play Console compliance — Android 13+ requirement
Nikkyfits Studio does not use the Android Advertising ID (GAID) in any form. The app contains no advertising SDK, no ad network integration, and no analytics library that accesses the Advertising ID. This declaration applies to the current and all future releases targeting Android 13 and above.

Nikkyfits Studio is a business management tool for tailors and fashion designers. It does not provide health advice, access health APIs, store medical data, or function as a health or wellness application in any capacity.

Note on body measurements: Nikkyfits Studio records tailor-specific body measurements (chest, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve length, etc.) as user-entered text fields for garment fitting purposes only. These are stored in the app's own database and are not accessed from or shared with any health platform, Health Connect, Google Fit, or any wearable device API. They are tailoring data, not health data.
